I offer a guided nature meditation that leads to some of my favorite wild places: a secluded waterfall, a mountain trail, and an old-growth forest where the peace is palpable. For as long as I can remember, I have gone to the woods for healing and you can too.
A standard session lasts up to five hours and includes time for solitary contemplation as well as an introduction to basic mindfulness and meditation techniques. Sessions are held one hour N. of Asheville, NC, near the Appalachian Trail.
