This class will be useful for people wanting to lessen their environmental impact and save resources, time, and money, whether they live on or off grid. Subjects we'll cover include water harvesting and storage, natural building, composting, humanure, organic gardening, temporary shelters, land and site selection, permaculture principles and philosophy, solar and other ways to generate free, renewable energy, efficiency tips, sustainable economics, and more!
Primitive camping is available for free on site. Morning coffee and lunch will be served daily. Saturday night we will have an optional cookout and bonfire, weather permitting. The hours of the workshop will be from 10am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday, with an hour-long break for lunch each day. Enrollment is limited to 10 people. Until March, the cost of the workshop is $250.00 - $150 off! There is an option to purchase multiple slots.
